天津某污水处理厂城市污泥资源化制砖技术研究

摘要:为研究一种减量化、无害化、资源化的城市污泥处理技术,对城市污泥、黏土进行干燥、粉碎处理,添加调节剂并通过正交试验,以污泥砖完整性、抗压强度、毒性浸出量为指标,最终确定最优配方:m(污泥)∶m(黏土)∶m(粉煤灰)=30∶40∶20,主调节剂、辅调节剂掺量为8%、1.5%,主调节剂中m(CaO)∶m(SiO2)=2∶6,采用焙烧法制备污泥砖,并对其物理力学特性、毒性浸出进行试验研究。结果表明:砖原料含水率为20%~25%时易成型,重金属离子减少阶段集中在350~850 ℃内。污泥对砖体的影响程度最大,污泥砖强度随污泥掺量增加呈先提高后降低,污泥掺量为30%时体积质量烧失率、体积烧失率和泛霜等均符合GB/T 5101—2017要求,且浸出毒性符合GB 5085.3—2007要求。

Study on sludge resource brick making technology of a sewage treatment plant in Tianjin

Abstract:In order to study a reduced,harmless and resourceful urban sludge treatment technology,it is planned to dry and crush the urban sludge and clay,add regulators,and then through orthogonal tests,and take the integrity,compressive strength,toxic leaching amount of sludge bricks as indicators,the determined optimal formula is m(sludge)∶m(clay)∶m(fly ash)=30∶40∶20,the dosage of main regulator[m(CaO)∶m(SiO2)=2∶6] and auxilary regulator is 8% and 1.5%,respectively,sludge bricks were prepared by roasting method,and their physical and mechanical properties and toxic leaching were studied. The test shows that the moisture content of brick raw materials is 20%~25%,which is easy to form,and the reduction stage of heavy metal ions is concentrated in the range of 350~850 ℃. Sludge has the greatest impact on bricks. The strength of sludge bricks increases first and then decreases with the increase of sludge content. At 30%,the volumetric mass loss on ignition,volumetric loss on ignition and frost bleeding meet the requirements of national standard GB/T 5101—2017,and the toxicity leaching of sludge bricks meet the requirements of national standard GB 5085.3—2007.
