配筋及连接件对加气混凝土墙板热工性能的影响分析

    摘要:采用ANSYS Fluent软件对加气混凝土墙板进行了传热量数值模拟研究,分析了配筋及连接件对加气混凝土墙板当量导热系数的影响。结果表明:相比无配筋的加气混凝土墙板,仅配置双层钢筋网片对墙板当量导热系数的影响较小,但配置双层钢筋网片与金属质箍筋形成钢筋网笼后,墙板当量导热系数增加5.88%~8.47%;将金属质箍筋换成低导热系数的FRP碳纤维箍筋后,可以显著降低配筋对加气混凝土墙板热工性能的影响;预埋件节点对墙板热工性能的影响最大,钢管锚节点可有效降低连接件对墙板当量导热系数的影响;配置钢筋网笼和连接件的试件,墙板当量导热系数增加10.12%~17.53%。

Influence of reinforcement and connectors on thermal performance of aerated concrete wallboard

    Abstract:ANSYS Fluent was used to conduct a numerical simulation study on the heat transfer of aerated concrete wallboard,and the influence of reinforcement and connectors on the equivalent thermal conductivity of aerated concrete wallboard was analyzed. The results show that the equivalent thermal conductivity of the wallboard is slightly affected by the configuration of double-layer reinforcement mesh only,but the equivalent thermal conductivity of the wallboard increases 5.88%~8.47% after the configuration of double-layer reinforcement mesh and metal stirrups to form a reinforcement mesh cage;After replacing metal stirrups with FRP carbon fiber stirrups with low thermal conductivity,the effect of reinforcement on the thermal performance of aerated concrete wallboard can be significantly reduced. The embedded joints have the greatest influence on the thermal performance of the wallboard,and the steel pipe anchor joints can effectively reduce the influence of the connectors on the equivalent thermal conductivity of the wallboard. The equivalent thermal conductivity of the wallboard increases by 10.12%~17.53% for the specimens with reinforcement mesh cages and connectors.
